I REALLY AM STILL ALIVE, JUST BUSY BUSY BUSY. I REALLY SHOULD STOP AND SMELL THE ROSES A LITTLE MORE OFTEN AND REFLECT ON LIFE BECAUSE IT TRULY IS TO SHORT. TONIGHT WAS ONE OF THOSE NIGHTS WHERE THE BARN WAS CRAZY, KIDS RUNNING AROUND, HORSES ACTING UP IN THE CROSS TIES, DOGS BARKING AND THE VET TRYING TO DO A CHIRO WITHOUT LOSING HER MIND. YOU JUST GOTTA LOVE IT. I JUST STOOD IN THE BARN ISLE AND ABSORBED EVERY MINUTE OF IT. EVENTUALLY DR PATTY FINISHED WITH CHIROING BARNEY, WHO IS DOING FABULOUS, BY THE WAY. THANKS DR PATTY FOR PUTTING UP WITH THE CRAZINESS AND BEING AN EXCELLENT VET. THE HORSES IN THE CROSS TIES EVENTUALLY GOT TURNED OUT TO PASTURE AND THE BARN BEGAN TO SETTLE DOWN. SO OUT CAME THE NEW HORSE, BRANDY WHO DID AMAZING TONIGHT. WE ARE WORKING ON NECK REINING WHICH SHE IS A VERY SMART ONE AND WILLING TO LEARN. NIKKOLE RODE LIL MAC, ERIC RODE DUSTY AND I RAN THEM THROUGH THEIR PACES, EVERYONE ENDING TIRED BUT SATISFIED. JADA EVEN GAVE US ALL A LESSON SINCE SHE COULD NOT RIDE HERSELF. ALL IN ALL WHILE WALKING TO THE HOUSE YOU CAN'T HELP BUT TO SMILE, BECAUSE YOU JUST HAD ONE OF THEM NIGHTS THAT REALLY SOOTHED THE SOUL. HORSES- KIDS- AND LOTS OF LAUGHTER.
